What is CoLiving
Coliving is a modern form of shared housing that makes the process of finding a home super easy and offers additional flexibility and services.
With CoLiving you are flexible, because you move into a fully furnished Designer Apartment. You have your own area not to be shared with others. For activity with other housemates, you have access to our elegant common areas.
Ehere is the difference between CoLiving and the classic form of flat sharing?
A classic flat share is established in a normal flat. Here people share Bat, Kitchen and living room – mostly to save costs.
Donau Pebbles is nothing like that. You do not necessarily share bath and kitchen. You have your own fully established apartment. Once you look for social connectivity, you have access to the stylish common areas.
On an area of 120 sqm you find a kitchen, a lounge and a gym for shared use.

Who lives at Donau Pebbles?
Your housemates are of international origin. Most of the people are around 25-35 years old. All of them are young professionals.
With how many people will I share the bath room?
With nobody! You have your own bathroom.
How are the apartments equipped?Wie ist die Ausstattung der Apartments?
Every apartment is fully furnished. The style fits to the 700 year old house.
Every apartment has a sleeping area, a HomeOffice Area, a kitchenette and a bath room.
High Speed internet, a smart TV and a number of smart Home Features are available.
We also provide dishes. You take care about the textiles like Bed linen and towels.
Can I visit the apartments?
We do perform visits during the weekends only. Every visit take approximately 1 hour and you will have access to the house without other rental applicants.
This approach is only possible now at the start of the house. At later stages it might not be possible to See the house in reality, as we do not want to disturb the tenants.
Our time consuming approach requires some background information from you. Please provide your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you.
How will the House kept clean?
All shared areas are cleaned and desinfected once a week. For your apartment you will have access to cleaning utensils.
If you require cleaning of your apartment, we can provide contact to a professional cleaning service.
What kind of rental contract will be available?
We do rent out the apartment on a permanent basis. You will close a normal unlimited rental contract with a minimum rental period of 6 months. After that you can cancel the contract.
We do not provide a short term rental (e.g. for tourists).
When you move in, you receive all documents from us to register your Adress.
Is there a deposit to be paid?
Yes, we require a deposit of 3 monthly rental fees – as usually the case in Germany. The deposit will be paid back, when you move out.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately cats and dogs do not fit to our designer apartments and possibly also not to your new housemates.
Therefore pets are not allowed in the house.
